Indonesian Aquaculture Journal (IAJ) (http://ejournal-balitbang.kkp.go.id/index.php/iaj) is published in both printed (p-ISSN 0215-0883) and electronic (e-ISSN 2502-6577) versions. Currently, IAJ is listed as Category 1 Accredited Journal in the Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemdiktisaintek) No.: 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025, Date March 21, 2025 and Accepted in SCOPUS, Date Sept 23, 2019. The accreditation is valid for five years from Volume 14 Number 2, 2019 to Volume 19 Number 1, 2024. This journal is published twice a year (June and December issues) with the first IAJ edition published in 2006.Indonesian Aquaculture Journal is a peer-reviewed and open access journal based in Indonesia that globally/internationally accepts and publishes scientific articles in the field of aquaculture. The journal is hosted and managed by the Center for Fisheries Research, Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries and serving as a scientific platform to share research information in and contribute to the development of various disciplines of aquaculture including genetics, reproduction, nutrition and feed, fish health and diseases, engineering, and environmental assessment.

Jurnal Kebijakan Perikanan Indonesia have p-ISSN 1979-6366; e-ISSN 2502-6550 with Akreditasi Ditjen DIKTIRISTEK Nomor: 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025. First published in 2009 with the frequency of publication of this journal twice a year in May and November.
Indonesian Fisheries Policy Journal present an analysis and synthesis of research results, information and ideas in marine and fisheries policies.
Types of peer review: Double Blind Review. Author anonymity prevents any reviewer bias, for example based on an author's country of origin or previous controversial work. Articles written by prestigious or renowned authors are considered on the basis of the content of their papers, rather than their reputation. Reviewers can often identify the author through their writing style, subject matter or self-citation.

Jurnal Riset Akuakultur
Jurnal Riset Akuakultur (JRA) is a peer-reviewed and open access scientific journal dedicated to developing and advancing the research on various subjects of aquaculture, including fish genetics and reproduction, aquaculture biotechnology, fish nutrition and feed, fish health and diseases, aquaculture engineering, environment interaction/impact assessment, and aquaculture socio-economics and governance. JRA, first published in 2006, is based in Indonesia and has maintained a consistent quarterly publication ever since. The journal was previously managed by the Research Center for Fisheries, Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF). After 2022, the Marine and Fisheries Polytechnic of Jembrana has been tasked by the MMAF to manage the journal activities. Since 2024, JRA has collaborated with Masyarakat Akuakultur Indonesia (the Indonesian Aquaculture Society) to conduct joint scientific activities and journal management/publication.
Jurnal Riset Akuakultur publishes rigorously peer-reviewed original research articles and reviews based on field research, theoretical advances, methodology, applications, reviews, etc. The journal maintains a high standard of review process, transparency and publication quality through a double-blind review policy. It strictly follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) concerning publication ethics.
Jurnal Riset Akuakultur is available in print (p-ISSN: 1907-6754) and online (e-ISSN: 2502-6534) and nationally accredited by RISTEK/BRIN as SINTA 2 (Accreditation Number: 148/M/KPT/2020, 3 August 2020)

Jurnal Kelautan Nasional (JKN) ISSN 1907-767X, e-ISSN 2615-4579 is a journal published by the Pusat Riset Kelautan, Research and Human Resources/Badan Riset dan Sumber Daya Manusia (BRSDM), Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries/Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP). The Center for Marine Research/Pusat Riset Kelautan (Pusriskel) is a new nomenclature, since 2017, for the Research and Development Center for Marine and Coastal Resources (P3SDLP). The National Marine Journal, before being managed by Pusriskel and P3SDLP, is managed by the Center for the Assessment and Engineering of Marine and Fisheries Technology (P3TKP). In 2016, P3TKP then merged into P3SDLP.
Focus and Scope of Jurnal Kelautan Nasional (JKN) is a scientific publication in the field of Planning Analysis, Policy Papers, Review Papers, and Research Paper of Marine and Fisheries science and Technology. The scientific articles presented are the results of original research, conceptual ideas or current scientific reviews in marine and fisheries science and technology that have never been published.
